Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with Minor in Events Management at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.Graduated from Temasek Polytechnic, Diploma in Business - Banking and Finance and Investment.Throughout my time in Temasek Polytechnic, I have been given many opportunities in Entrepreneurship Club, as the Head of Internal Affairs, to plan for many events in school such as bazaars. These events helped to give me the experience in handling every aspect of planning for an event.Through my part time job, I have also improved on my interpersonal skills. I have further understood the need for patience and effective communication with customers so as to keep the restaurant running. By maintaining a good rapport with my customers, it has shown me the importance of understand each customers' needs before being able to make their time in the restaurant and experience.I also have a passion for video games. Playing video games has helped me recognize the different skills I have. It has helped honed my problem-solving skills, planning skills and many more. It has also helped me learn a valuable life skill that can be applied to my future job, multitasking. I can simultaneously track many shifting variables and manage multiple objectives. These has all aided me in planning for many events.With the esports industry taking the entire world by storm, the opportunities are endless. With some knowledge in social media marketing, I hope to be part of the exciting and vibrant industry of esports.
