Responsible both technically and commercially for all work undertaken by engineering department. Manage department of 6 multi-disciplined engineers, allocate and review workloads, project progress and budgets. Liaise with service manager and sub-contractors for up-coming projects. Attend customer sites on and offshore install, test, commission and fault find on electro-hydraulic systems including offshore cranes, wireline spooling winches, anchor winches, ballast systems.
