I am the Registered manager for Angel Home Care (Devon). I have been a carer for 30 years and have qualified at NVQ level 2 Direct Care, NVQ level 3 Promoting Independence and NVQ Level 4 in Care and Management, Level 5 diploma in Care and Management and I have achieved the Registered Managers Award. I am also a qualified Train the Trainer, certificated to train staff in Manual Handling, Fiirst Aid, Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, Medication, and Dementia awareness as well as Equality and Diversity. I believe passionately in the right of the physically and mentally infirm to receive compassionate and dignified care in their own home. Our mission is to provide the highest possible levels of home care for our clients who want to be cared for in their own homes. For some people having a mother as business owner and working with the wife would be too much but we are very close and it enables us to bring that family atmosphere to our clients and to the people that come to join us as members of our caring staff.
