All my life I have been passionate about software systems and their use in business and daily life. I grew up and learnt my skills during the PC Revolution. Some of the many software systems I have designed were mission critical for Fire Brigades and Hospitals. In the last ten years I've been particularly interested in applying my 35 years of IT experience to the renewable energy sector.I am a confident, experienced business leader and entrepreneur with all the skills required to manage and deliver complex projects with small or large teams. I understand the complexities of team management and motivation. I am also very capable of inspiring and addressing small or large audiences.I am a competent, albeit rusty, baker. Baking has been in our family for decades and I mastered this trade, many years ago in my father's bakery. In fact it was there that I started my software development by writing programs for recipe costing and accounts for the family business.
