All aspects of manufacturing – Joinery, Metalwork Acrylics, Graphics, Packaging as well as Delivery and Installation are undertaken.I have worked in manufacturing for 30 years and learnt many processes in this time. Including traditional methods as well as the latest CAD techniques. I have been an estimator in joinery and metalwork items for POS POP also a Buyer / procurement manager both for UK supply and international manufacturing.DSM services UK Ltd can offer those hard to find or lost manufacturing methods for the retail display market from a one off to full production.Our service and attention to detail is second to none ensuring all clients expectations are fulfilled without any adversaries.

Joining T & E as an estimator with an emphasis on quoting metalwork based products, during my time with the company my role expanded to include Project Management and Account Management. Preparing quotations from drawings and design briefs and attending site to survey existing fixtures and fittings. Ensuring all orders I received into the business were profitable, achievable and fulfilled to the customer’s requirements. I was involved with the design and prototype production of new products and project managed large roll out contracts for well-known high street brands delivering throughout the UK on time and within budget. I worked closely with a major flooring manufacturer acting as the account / project manager supplying them with POS with a value in excess of 1.2 million. Often as the first point of contact for the client, building relationships that were strong and lasting for all parties, and instrumental in bringing new accounts to the business during my time.

As Commercial Manager I acted as the link between all departments within the business, to enable the smooth running of the day to day business operations.Ensuring that the business attained its targets through sales and profitability.Duties carried out on a regular basis included.Preparing quotations from concept and architects design drawings and securing contracts and orders from the client.Procurement and purchasing of all materials and sub-contract processes within set budgets.Company maintenance and presentation including health and safety. Essential organisational functions including production planning,scheduling deliveries and installations and fleet management.
