 Currently manages the Major Component Replacement of MOT/UST Transformers. Responsible for the on time/on budget execution of all projects starting with the proposal development phase all the way to project close-out. Maintains communication and relationships with customer to proactively address any issues that may arise and maintain focus on current and future contract awards or potential work not awarded yet. Responsible for the regular communication with various different customer stakeholders addressing scope and schedule, monitoring discovery work and delays to ensure full cost recovery. Main Point of Contact for all commercial discussions associated with all projects.  Responsible for the daily calls coordinating activities and resources across all of the different organizational functions. Responsible for Risk Management and risk monitoring. Responsible for resource assignment and/or re-assignment to mitigate schedule delays; monitor man-hour reports and accuracy of project charges. Conducts Lessons Learned meetings. Initiate Team Building events as critical schedule milestones are achieved. Motivates workers to ensure deadlines and schedule dates are met.
