With over 20 years of experience working professionally with young people and years before this on a voluntary basis I am passionate for developing the lives and aspirations of young people. My current role is a personal long term ambition and I now find myself in the dream position of being able to continue raising aspirations and ambitions, encouraging young people as they create their own future pathways beyond school and planting the seeds for our next generation of local, national and global community changers. Since 2002 I have undertaken various roles within the Youth Justice system, visited schools delivering and developing inclusion & peer mentoring programmes, produced community projects for school leavers not in employment, education or training and for over a decade now have been working exclusively within school environments developing behaviour management schemes, mentoring, teaching and and now supporting young people with career guidance.
