• Managing a team of 19 providing systems analysis, training and business support across the UK and CERoW businesses.• Business process analysis and identification of opportunities for technology to improve operational processes.• Shaping technology initiatives and creating the right environment within the business to deliver business benefits.• Responsible for end-user training on use of technology in support of business activities.• Responsible for managing relationships with the UK businesses for the provision of IT services.Business Systems Analysis• Responsible for team of 5 Analysts, maintaining and developing Adapt systems for all UK and CERoW businesses.• Liaison with DMDs and Country MDs, with regards to shaping the front office systems agenda across the UK and CERoW businesses.• Responsible for timely delivery of new systems and upgrades as required by the business.Business Systems Training• Responsible for determining training strategy in conjunction with Business Systems Senior Manager.• Responsible for liaison with the business with regards to training policy, requirements, course content and delivery.Business Systems Support• Responsible for provision of in office support across the UK business.• Responsible for maintenance of front office systems in line with legislative changes, compliance requests and business demands.
