Since I was a kid, I think my greatest strengths have been an enthusiasm for problem solving and the gift of abstract thought. Together these two have manifested in rather interesting ways over the years. For example, there was the time I ripped the power supply out of the old family computer and spliced the cables to my dying XBOX because I couldn't afford a new one. Or the time I taught my dog to fetch drinks from the fridge during playoff games. Totally kidding; I wish I was that cool.Most recently though, I have been able to use those strengths to go from a college grad with little experience to being an Analytical Chemist for the leading cannabis manufacturer in Maryland in under four short years. Starting from the ground up, I have filled various roles such as Packaging, Customer Consultation, Licensing Technical Writer and Lead Extraction Technician. Through the years, these experiences have given me a top-down view of an industry poised to see great economic growth in the near future.Outside of my life in the lab, you can likely find me curled up on the couch with a bass guitar in hand, subjecting my fiancee to my practice routine for live shows at various venues around Baltimore. I am truly grateful that I have not only been able to find a hobby that I love but a successful career that also allows me to support it.I believe that perspective is crucial and that the more of them that you have, the higher your chances of success will be.
