Since joining Hydrasun Ltd in 2006 I have gained extensive experience and knowledge in Quality Assurance. In my present role as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer I have developed skills such as auditing, report and procedure writing, root cause analysis, problem solving. This has been whilst assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in the running and assuring the continued compliance of the Hydrasun certified quality management system to the ISO 9001 Standard. Working in this environment has also instilled a strong understanding of the importance of Heath and Safety along with a greater sense of responsibility towards others. Responsibilities:-• Deputise for Quality Assurance Manager, Staff management, Carry out quality Inductions and Provide quality training to staff.• Managing and maintaining the company accredited QMS system in accordance with ISO 9001. Compiling and maintaining quality measures on the company quality system.• Root Cause Analysis investigation, Co-ordinate the progression and effectiveness of the immediate, corrective, preventative and improvement actions resulting from customer complaints, non-conformances, improvement initiatives and audits.• Performing and managing Internal / External audits to be performed or being performed on Hydrasun. Co-ordinate customer and accreditation audits.• Compilation of quality reports, review and creation of specific quality documents with regards to project work. Writing and maintaining processes and procedures/work instructions relevant to our work.• Organise and chair monthly Quality meetings.• Quality Inspection of products, Documentation Control/Management and Procedure, Specification, Drawing interpretation.• The provision of professional support to all internal and external customers.• Review and approval of new supplier evaluation forms, Managing and maintaining key supplier performance reports and liaising reports with the suppliers.• Maintaining calibration and documentation register.
