I have worked in all areas of IT. From infrastructure, purchasing, from programming to support. I have also controlled sales ledger, purchase ledger and general book keeping when required by a growing company.I have worked as an IT Manager in the window manufacturing trade for more than 17 years. This role was extensive and far reaching and, as you would expect, throughout that time I have been involved with almost every aspect of the running of a business albeit with an IT focus. As a result, I am a highly professional manager and, although I say it myself, a major asset to any company. I am positive, self motivated, well organised and systematic in the way I approach every task with structure and purpose. I can talk confidently at all levels based on my experience of tailoring IT systems to Manufacturing, often working for lengthy periods covering staff absence in all departments, be they Administration, Accounts, Estimating, Payroll, Operations. As such I have an in-depth knowledge of all these tasks and understand fully the demands of both the supplier and end user within this industry.
