In my work force experience I've strived to make my finished work product, whatever it may be, the best quality I can offer to ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery. If you take time to check for things that can change the outcome of your finished product, which is what I think working smarter not harder would be considered, making sure it's completed correctly the first time, you take some of the stress out of a day to day work process. I've worked in a team setting having to be the one to ensure every piece of the puzzle is put together in a Timely fashion with an exceptional quality along with learning how to manage a working product inventory to ensure there's no lack of product when needed.
