As the director of Irish Training Solutions, I lead the development and delivery of high-quality and tailored training programs that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and partners.In my current role, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and finances of the company, as well as the recruitment, training, and management of the staff. I also maintain and expand our network of contacts and stakeholders, and seek new opportunities and collaborations to grow our business and impact. I am responsible for ensuring that our training solutions are aligned with the best practices, standards, and accreditation requirements in the industry, and that we provide excellent customer service and support.
