• Helping to develop the Residential Product portfolio from a turnover of £75,000 to well over £320,000 over a period of 2.5 years throughout Ireland.• Implementing and developing the Zebra Academy an Ireland wide training initiative that provided a range of product and skilled focused courses. Ranging from system design, PM, marketing, digital movie servers with network playback and many more. A complete range of course material can be provided upon request.• Providing day-to-day technical support of installed systems as a third line of support, this was on a telephone, email or on-site basis, depending on complexity of issue. • Developed the recording of these issues to help better develop the training courses to ensure support requirements where significantly reduced. Support calls where reduced to 4/5’s of their previous amount.• Responsible for the design, installation and daily support of a windows SBS based environment for 6/8 clients including Exchange support and maintenance including cable backbone, switch gear and router configuration. • Re-branded the company including new logo, printed and digital marketing material. Design and Management of the monthly technical newsletter and bi-monthly product newsletter. Writing and releasing all press releases for the company in accordance with guidelines and target market.• Installing and training the staff on a new accounting and stock management system that helped to improve efficiency. Removing the need to be a paper based organisation.
