• Providing day-to-day technical support of installed systems as a third line of support, this was on a telephone, email or on-site basis, depending on complexity of issue.
• Developed the recording of these issues to help better develop the training courses to ensure support requirements where significantly reduced. Support calls where reduced to 4/5’s of their previous amount.
• Responsible for the design, installation and daily support of a windows SBS based environment for 6/8 clients including Exchange support and maintenance including cable backbone, switch gear and router configuration.
• Re-branded the company including new logo, printed and digital marketing material. Design and Management of the monthly technical newsletter and bi-monthly product newsletter. Writing and releasing all press releases.
