 Responsible for the delivery of a strategic planning and development opportunity for a mixed use resort of 500 units on 90 acres of Cornish coastal valley. I am acting as lead client representative carrying out the full development role from assessing and appointing design consultants and overseeing the design of 250 new build houses, 150 refurbishments and commercial and leisure facilities. Currently progressing 6 sites at different stages of planning, design and development from environmental/feasibility studies of sensitive habitats, planning applications, construction tenders/negotiations and building/refurbishments for letting and sale

 Responsible for the development and management of all PlaneStation/Wiggins projects including housing settlements, leisure, business parks, industrial and airport infrastructure and property requirements. A mix of operational properties and projects for sale and investment. Acting as an internal consultant and main point of contact on real estate and procurement issues with operational business managers, local authorities and other stakeholders with a view to understanding and interpreting business needs and translating them into real estate solutions . General management including financial structuring and strategic partnering. Line responsibility for a team of 6 professional including surveyors, project managers and designers.  Management of multi-disciplinary teams of project specific professionals.

Responsible for a team developing a significant number of projects from inception to leasing, management and sale including: Shopping Centres Retail Warehousing City and Provincial Offices Commercial Leisure Infrastructure Corporate acquisitions, both analysis and active management of the assets secured Director responsible for a team of surveyors and project managers, personal appraisals and educational mentoring.
