Implementation of the reverse supply chain of a Global sustainability program for a range of electronic consumer products. The project changed the recycling profile from landfill and incineration to greater than 90% recycle and re-use. The project team were responsible for Compliance to International Waste transport and disposal regulation, Finance, customs and duty processes, Vendor R2 certification and WEEELABEX compliance. This was achieved in multiple regional operations servicing more than 20 countries.

Responsible for facilitation and creating customer solutions and proposals that address market needs and shortfalls in customer portfolios. Leading Program implementation and on boarding post customer award. Also led the European Sales Operations Management team that supported a Revenue CAGR of 10% across the existing and new customer base.

Lead IT and Business Solutions Architect for the after manufacture Global Services division that consisted of 10 sites across 3 regions and employing 15k people. Creating both forward; fulfilment, logistics and product completion and reverse; repair and service parts supply chain solutions that support implementation of complex Customer demands.
