Responsible for bringing in revenue to support Celtic Manor Resort events.Managing relationships with 55+ companies who Sponsor 7 annual Celtic Manor-owned events, including Wales Open European Tour Golf, Polo at the Manor, Fireworks Spectacular, Christmas Kingdom, Wedding Fayre and the Corporate Club.Also responsible for Business Development for all Resort facilities, and creating new events at the Resort.

Account Director - Managing various elements of a large sponsorship account for Wales’ largest utility supplier, SWALEC, which is a sponsor of Rugby (such as SWALEC Cup Finals), Cricket and Golf in Wales.Events Management - created and managed the first Polo event inside Cardiff Castle in June 2010, Ryder Cup Wales Opening Ceremony (in charge of all transportation and logistics for Millennium Stadium event), Wales Rally GB (Service Park and Safety Manager in Cardiff Bay). University lecturing at UWIC on the BA Event Management degree.

Freelance Event Manager for five years working to various clients and servicing contracts both long and short term.Wales Rally GB - Event Coordinator (Wales): Event consultant, responsible for delivering the Millennium Stadium Rally event for four years. Responsible for national promotions and regional marketing, liaising directly with title sponsors Welsh Assembly Government and Cardiff Council.
