I was involved from the conception to implementation of the Service portion of The Ridge Bike Shop. I was Responsible for hiring, training and supervising all of our new technical staff. Designed and maintained the quality standards for all repairs in the shop and ensured the staff met these standards. Managed inventory and parts. As a Manager I fulfilled a variety of roles most importantly engaged customers in sales of our products and services.

Adjusted spoke tension on mountain bike wheels to produce consistent high quality, straight, round wheels on the production line for premium bicycles. Performed random tests on our wheels to ensure that quality standards were being met. Provided feedback on components durability and ease of assembly to the production manager on a weekly basis.
