I have been with DXC Technology for over 15 years, performing a number of senior IT roles.Whilst I take great pride and satisfaction when we successfully deliver IT programs and modern software solutions to large clients, I have discovered that my current role within the DXC Dandelion Program to be the most rewarding.By focusing on the go to market strategy for the DXC Dandelion Program, I have achieved an increase in sales by over 50% where I establish and strengthen client relationships that continue to propel our Autism@Work programs to the forefront of workplace inclusion.My recent roles have predominately focused on sales and business development surrounding:1. The DXC Dandelion ProgramReflecting over the last 3-years I am excited to see the program grow and to meet so many amazing and talented people on the autism spectrum. As a result of signing new business, these deals have resulted in:• The establishment of 12 teams across Australia – employing over 120 individuals on the spectrum, along with over 20 leads and support specialists.• Being recognised at various Industry events, where the DXC Dandelion Program has won a number of awards for diversity, innovation and implementations.2. Leader of the Adelaide Regional Delivery Centre (RDC)Prior to my current role I enjoyed a career as the leader of the Adelaide RDC for Application Services, where my primary focus surrounded: • Business viability of the IT Centre • Sales, growth and sustainability• Setting the vision and strategy for the Centre• Building and strengthening relationships with client executives• Operations and Delivery excellence to clientsOver three years the Centre grew to over 250 IT professionals delivering software solutions to large government and commercial clients, signing long term multi-million dollar contracts.
