I am the resident real estate partner based in the Macclesfield office for SAS Daniels LLP. I specialise in a wide range of property matters both residential and commercial. I moved to SAS Daniels LLP in April 2011 having run my own practice in Macclesfield , Read Law, for 10 years. Prior to that I was in partnership in the practice of Blunts also in Macclesfield from 1982 to 1999 so have had strong connections with Macclesfield and south Manchester throughout my career. I act for a wide range of clients including builders, developers, investors and high net worth individuals with large property portfolios. I like to adopt informal approach with my clients by using plain English and being available to talk or meet them whenever they require. I avoid point scoring with other solicitors and try to achieve what my client wants as quickly as possible and with the minimum of fuss. Away from the office I play golf at Wilmslow Golf Club and enjoy traveling both abroad and to a family holiday home in Wales.
