Nigel moved to the Isle of Man, which is his home and that of his family, in 1977. A qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, he has been with UHY Crossleys LLC ("Crossleys") since 1986, a member firm of UHY International.Nigel is a director of two Crossleys Isle of Man associated corporate and trust service provider companies, Crossman Trust Company Limited and Fulcrum Limited, which are licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. Nigel is also a director of UHY Trust and Corporate Services Limited which is licensed and regulated in Ireland by the Department of Justice and Equality.Nigel, was a technical officer of the former Isle of Man District Society of Chartered Certified Accountants, served for a number of years on the Isle of Man Government’s Treasury Professional Consultative and Tax Liaison Committees (1989 to 1994) and since on other ad hoc committees/groups.Nigel has a commercial and practical approach to problem solving and specialises in the development and operation of sophisticated structures for local and international high net worth private and corporate clients.
