My responsibility is to ensure that all interior fit-out projects are delivered to budget, on time and to the exacting standards we set at Jephsons. My role encompasses:Responsibility for delivery of all projectsDirect client liaison on all projectsOverseeing and supporting the Project ManagersEffective deployment of our interior fit-out teamsManagement of project scheduling, processes and manufacturingDirectorial accountability for finance, HR, marketing and sales

Responsible for all projects including management of construction site personnel and Premier Joinery personnel. Ensuring projects are successfully completed on time and within budget.
