Overall responsibility includes management, support, implementation and development all aspects of IT in the Aquaflo organization.As a core member of Sage X3 ERP 2017 implementation team. Responsible for new IT Infrastructure at the data center and branch offices. Included ERP software implementation, performance, networking and printing. Developed interfaces to Sage X3 ERP database providing simple data extractions using a BI dashboard designer, SQL, Excel and Crystal Reports to give valuable data analytics. Agile principles adopted to develop software. Changes made in small increments of prioritized code reviewed regularly to ensure accurate final product.Project manager and hands on technical analyst on significant upgrade to Sage X3 ERP application.
