I am a director at Bancorp Wealth Management and executive director of YouOwn, a co-ownership housing programme that is part of Bancorp’s portfolio of private equity funds. I also hold a range of directorship roles in subsidiary companies across Bancorp’s investment portfolio. In tandem with my role at Bancorp, I also work with the New Zealand Housing.

I have been a director at YouOwn since 2016. This co-ownership housing programme is a limited partnership, impact investment opportunity for charities, institutional funds and eligible domestic and international high net worth investors that delivers a measurable, beneficial social impact within New Zealand.

As part of my asset management role at Bancorp Wealth Management, I am a non-executive director for aviation experts, Salus Aviation (parent company of Oceania Aviation).

In this role, I led the privatisation of housing corporation mortgage portfolios, selling more than $3 billion worth of assets to a number of financial institutions over the period.

I joined HNZ with a mandate to start the process of attracting private sector capital into public assets. As part of my role, I established Housing New Zealand’s home lease programme, now part of the social housing sector.
