Experience includes rail retail contract management, project management, interim management, the design and implementation of organisational change, the creation of customer operations strategies, financial modelling and bid writing for six UK rail franchise competitions.Strong business analysis skills, strategic, financial and organisational plus specialist expertise in rail station and retail management including all aspects of commercial and station access contract negotiation and management have delivered real benefits to profitability and quality of service delivery. These skills have also been successfully deployed in the care sector where projects have included strategic review of operational delivery for a hospice which led to the closer working and integration between hospices throughout the county particularly with regard to better coordination of NHS commissioning relationships and a pooled approach to the use of respite beds.
