I've been successfully developing houses for over 15 years and refitting/refurbishing commercial properties for over 10 years as part of my responsibilities in my previous commercial roles. I uniquely understand the challenges of being a business professional and trying to manage a build or renovation project at the same time. In 2009 I decided to take what I'd been doing for myself for over 15 years - project managing those builds and renovations of houses, and refitting/refurbishing commercial properties - and market these services professionally, through SBM Projects, offering my clients the level of detail, transparency and accountability that I had always expected with my own projects.Prior to 2009 I worked at a senior level, managing the business operations for companies & organisations across the Banking, Payroll Software, Publishing and Charity sectors, all of which have presented their own unique challenges over twenty years of increasing responsibility managing people, systems, and projects of varying scope. I have a passion for operations, technology, systems and logistics, and thrive with the challenge of delivering the day to day business and driving the business forward. Comfortable problem solving whilst remaining flexible to change. Effective communicator at all levels and have the ability to successfully motivate and lead multiple teams.
