The last two years have been an experiment in design and delivery of hospitality services. Initially I ran a small accommodation and hospitality business. We handled over 170 reservations in the last year. This pursuit has given me interesting insights into the role of Host and the value of hospitality services.Prior to that we were kept busy supporting one of the successful B2B networking and events organisations to participate actively in the local debate around economic strategy and the regional industrial strategy.
