In November 2017 I was promoted to Construction Manager with a key focus on providing a high-level point of contact for both Project Managers and clients, assisting in all levels of projects.Responsibilities include overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.A key focus of my role is integration of the building process from the very beginning, working closely with architects and engineers to go over plans and specifications, offering constructability improvements, making programs for the project, determining material and labor costs, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers, scheduling workers on site, while facilitating best for project outcomes for key stakeholders.

I joined McMahon Services’ Building Services Division as a Contracts Administrator in 2010. Within the year, I was appointed as Project Manager, serving as the Managing Contractor for ASC’s construction project of a Temporary Blast and Paint Facility for the Royal Australian Navy at Osborne, South Australia. I then completed various upgrade, refurbishment and new build projects from $300,000 to $5 million. My Project Management skill set over the following 5 years includes;Contract & Construction Management, Cost & Project Planning, Project Estimation,Procurement and Construction Safety, Heritage & Environmentalcontrol.Implementation and management of Business and project control systems(planning, quality, safety and costs), Contract Administration and Management (procurement activities,variations, progress claims, EOT & NOD and sub-contracting), Manage, supervise and coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers and site works. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. An Analytical and thoughtful Project Manager who is passionate about detail.
