Following the successful transfer of management control of the business to a new generation of directors led by Gillian Bardin - Managing Director, I have now completed my personal ambition of consolidating the long term future of the Taylor Patterson Group. The business is now in the hands of a very professional and committed team and my job is done so I wish them well while I concentrate on new challenges. (Retirement not an option !!)Since I am very disappointed that given the opportunity to build on what took many years to create the management team chose to take the easy route and sell the business - which is proving to be anything of the success it could have been with a little effort and commitment.
