Key Achievements - • Process mapped One Harvest's entire Calypso mango supply chain• Supported and implemented the roll out of a new software system (ABC Software) for One Harvest including training of third party warehousing staff.• Delivered a detailed weekly national packing and distribution plan for One Harvest Calypso Mango crop• Secured and exceeded supply of One Harvest's Shepard Avocados supply thereby exceeding budget and customer (Woolworths) expectations • Remotely managed One Harvest's Calypso Mango stock in two key, contacted ripening & warehousing facilities

• Successfully managed a number of Golden Circles beetroot seasons including the 2011 crop where a 95% attainment to plan was achieved despite the 2011 Brisbane floods and a decision to cease beetroot production in Australian• Implemented KPI’s to effectively monitor Golden Circles attainment to schedule and drive improvements in the beetroot supply chain. Through grower engagement, achieved a 10% improvement in quality and 100% pack out of all SKU’s

• Developed an accurate crop forecasting and budgeting process for Tropico Fruits through the construction of the following two models – Fruit supply models based on actual supply of the previous five seasons Fruit costing models for all crops taking into account hidden costs• Implemented a supplier risk matrix and performance measures for Tropico Fruits to mitigate risks associated with food safety and improve quality
