My role in Australia is to manage the operational aspects of two major sporting venues, Domain Stadium and the WACA. Financial management, development of corporate & retail catering initiatives and menu programs for Cricket & AFL, as well as extensive interaction and communications with clients and key stakeholders are some of the key aspects to my role with the company.

With experience across the full spectrum of venues including arenas, stadiums, convention and exhibition centres, and theatres, and working as part of the AEG global network.My role as GM of Food & Beverage saw me manage some of Perth's outstanding venues: His Majesty's Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Subiaco Arts Centre and the State Theatre Centre of WA as well as Albany Entertainment Centre.Management of Venues coupled with the Food & Beverage P&L Performance was a key part of my role. I also oversaw the implementation of catering initiatives across all venues in line with AEGO financial expectations, whilst ensuing initiatives are relevant to the diversity of the venues and meeting patron expectations in regards to variety, creativity and price sensitivities

MUSTARD brand became synonymous high-end corporate catering.Venue Manager of the Perth Zoo saw me manage a team of approximately 70 staff, overseeing venue operations and financial performance, following very strict OHS and compliance programs in line with Spotless and industry standards.
