Joined the company September 2007 as an Estimator/ trainee Quantity Surveyor. Currently studying for the RICS APC with The College of Estate Management. Responsible for production of tenders including single stage, two stage and construction management. Responsible for preparation of monthly valuations. Trained in computerised estimating software package Onscreen Take-off used for all tenders.Gained NEBOSH Health and Safety Construction Certificate in December 2008. Promoted to Health and Safety Manager August 2008.
