I am a partner in national law firm TLT LLP which has offices in Bristol, London and Piraeus. I am amember of the Maritime and International Trade Group. I advise on shipping and commercial law ( both contentious and non contentious ) acting on behalf of individuals, corporations and National Governments covering a diverse range of topics including ship building, ship repair and restoration contracts, loan/mortgage and ancilliary documentation complying with various flag requirements, charterparties, sale and purchase of second hand ships and ship/yacht registrations.
