About Nigel Wood

I've been part of the Australian truffle industry for 20 years and have a very productive truffle farm - "Truffle Paddock", in Gippsland Victoria. I founded what's now become the largest truffle festival program outside Europe and developed of unique truffle products under the Truffle Paddock brand. I'm also a Truffle Judge for the RASV's Australian Food Awards and have international truffle industry exposure and global food services experience.My professional life in international & domestic services and product marketing has been in senior roles with leading brands including the Universities of Melbourne and Monash, and as CEO of the Royal Australian College of GP's education & training company.
