Nigel is the Environment Health Safety and Risk Advisor at Oji Fibre Solutions Noble Park site. His responsibilities include:- Managing Environment Health Safety and Risk as a member of the site lead team for the Oji Fibre Solutions site including adherence to site safety policies, participation in development of ongoing safe work practices, incident investigation, implementation of corrective actions, and injury management.- Manage and improve environmental performance and compliance. Liaise with South East Water with particular focus on trade waste management. - Lead internal safety systems management inclusive of AS4801 certification compliance requirements. - Maintain site chemical handling requirements to minimise risk related to environmental harm.- Manage external audits for safety compliance requirements. - Lead and develop a training plan to facilitate a systematic approach to site safety training involving emergency management, chemical spill control, first aid, safety representative training and first response fire management.
