HC Fluids is a leader in the development, manufacture and sale of Brake Fluids and Antifreeze selling to over 30 countries. I led a carve out of HC Fluids from the parent company HCS and then led the new management team in the delivery of improved financial performance. I worked with our Private Equity shareholder to market and sell the Company in May 2017, completing the transition to the new owner by August 2017.
