As the Chief Executive of Crowe UK, I lead our national audit, tax and advisory firm, ensuring that all members of the Crowe UK team are aligned with our core values and work consistently to build on our strong market presence. I am also a member of the board of Crowe Global.My career at the firm started as a graduate trainee, in 1991. I became a partner in April 2005 and, prior to taking up my current role, spent four years as both managing partner of Crowe’s London office and a member of the firm’s Executive team.During my time at Crowe, I have worked in our London and Manchester offices specialising in the audit of corporates and LLPs, advising a wide range of large, private and SME clients. This has been across a range of industry sectors operating both within the UK and internationally.Throughout my time at Crowe, I have been proud to see the firm grow to become a member of the eighth largest global accountancy network, while also developing a position as a recognised leader in the UK for audit, tax and advisory services across our five areas of focus: corporate business, non profits, pension funds, professional practices and private clients.The firm has a unique consistency of culture and values, which allow us to develop long-term relationships and continue to deliver the highest quality services to clients.
