Project managed various web site developments. Responsibilities included management of a team of outsourced developers, define development milestones, UX design, wireframes, user work flows and testing/sign off.

With the objective of moving the business to a unit stock control model I designed and developed a bespoke ERP solution which fully integrated with the existing EPOS provider.
