I am responsible for running the residential sales department for the company. I remain to this day directly involved in the day to day running of the business and have until January 2014 been managing our flagship Wimbledon office as one of my main responsibilities. I believe in doing the job with the people on a day to day basic and believe that it is important to lead from the front. I am still actively involved in valuing and selling houses with my team and communicating with clients on a daily basis. My offices are based in Wimbledon, Merton Park, Balham, Battersea and Putney and I currently have a total of 6 direct reports. I am ultimately accountable for delivering the budgeted performance requirement at each of my locations. One of my many responsibilities is to carry out a weekly one to one review meeting with every member of our residential sales team which is proving to be enormously beneficial to the development of the business.
