Million-2-1 pioneered the reverse auction concept (How Lo?) and uses its experience to develop and market new and exciting mobile content, including downloadable fruit machine games from Barcrest.

Founded consultancy specialising in internet technology and computer games for consoles and mobile. Following the success of the Olympics franchise, I moved to Amsterdam to become Development Director of one of the most innovative game development studios in Europe.Overall responsibility for all company development issues, working closely with MD Herman Hulst, Technical Director Arjan Brussee and Commercial Director Martin de Ronde. I successfully re-structured all the company project management and production processes.Completed development of 'Invader' (GBA), 'Black Belt Challenge' (GBA), 'Shellshock: Nam '67' (PS2, Xbox, PC) and the Playstation blockbuster 'Killzone' (PS2).

Based in Warwick, ATD recruited me to lead the production of 'Sydney 2000', the officially licensed game for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. The game was produced under an official global license from the International Olympic Committee for all platforms, in all languages, in all territories.Overall responsibility for the multi-million pound development of the biggest sporting event in the world. Established a 30 strong development team and defined the production processes from scratch. Co-designed and produced the game with a fantastic team. Planned and delivered a diverse multi-platform development schedule of 31 individual masters in 8 languages on each of 4 platforms for same day global release across the Americas, Europe, Australia and Japan. Managed simultaneous development schedules for PSX, Dreamcast, N64 and PC. Ambassador for the game, the company and the group of companies for all publisher, third party and media relations in all territories.The game was No.1 in the UK and Europe, became the best selling game in the company's history and won a BAFTA Award for Best Sports Game of the Year.Following the tremendous success of 'Sydney 2000', I produced the game for the Salt Lake 2002 Winter Olympics, the second title in the franchise. Expanded the team to 34 creative and technical staff. Refined and improved the production processes. Planned and delivered a diverse multi-platform development schedule of 21 individual masters in 7 languages on each of 3 platforms for same day global release across the Americas, Europe and Japan. Managed simultaneous development schedules for PS2, Xbox and PC.

Initially recruited by Sony as an Assistant Producer, I was promoted to Producer after just 4 months. Assistant Producer on 'Global Domination' (PC) and Producer on 'Retro' (PSX) with a combined budget and staffing of £2.5 million and 21 team members.Responsibilities included overview of all aspects of production (creative, technical, music and sfx), project management and scheduling, liaison with team leads and marketing department, reporting functions to studio manager and heads of department. Titles were delivered to schedule.

Centre Screen is one of the UK's leading film, video and multimedia production companies with 25 years heritage. I was recruited as a Producer with specific responsibilities for multimedia to research, source and setup the multimedia department from scratch, produce the projects that ran through the department, as well as produce corporate and commercial films. Produced work for Jaguar, Pfizer, Ellesse as well as supporting the team for Manchester's bid for the National Stadium.The biggest and most enjoyable project was working on a major film production for computer games studio Ocean Software's game 'Dreadnought - HMS Carnage'. The film featured 6 months of pre-production, a 5 week blue screen shoot and over 100 actors. A complex 18 stage post-production process involved marrying the blue screen footage with up to 80 separate layers of state of the art Silicon Graphics generated animations.
