My role involved the implementation of MS Dynamics CRM at the company, working closely with managers and other staff to integrate and streamline current business processes and streamline them to fully utilise the CRM methodology in the organisation.Responsibilities also included working with management to maintain existing client relationships and seek out new clients through various marketing and other business development opportunities. I had also maintained the company websites for both the mining consulting division and Evorelution software division. Working with the business development manager, I designed a number of the company brochures, banners and posters.

I managed the national technical support for Aaromba Technologies, providing support for core software applications such as GoldMine, HEAT, Sage CRM and MS Dynamics CRM.I also provided consultancy services for above products to customers, assessing their requirements and delivering to specification within scope, budget and time-frame.Being certified in GoldMine and HEAT, I provided basic through to administrator level training to customers and other staff.

During my time at iiNet, I worked on the technical support desk providing phone support for all iiNet customers.
