I have been in the Training Consultancy arena for the last 29 years. I became an independent Learning and Business Development Consultant after being made redundant in 2011 - and I have worked hard to make sure that that was a great decision. in 2019 - just prior to the Covid-19 pandemic - I was privileged to start working as a consultant with the RBL Group. I have learned so much from fantastic colleagues - every day is a school day.Successful organisations know how to make the right promises to key stakeholders and they also know how to consistently deliver them in an aligned and integrated way. The RBL approach to value creation and organisational transformation focuses on people, leadership and culture. I am passionate about helping people to understand their potential and maximise their performance. I work with staff from the front line right through to the top level. This positively impacts the businesses that they work for - especially if the companies have high quality systems and processes in place that allow the growth to happen.Identifying improvement opportunities within businesses and then facilitating the implementation of the change is immensely rewarding - for both me and my clients.
