Leading the Completions Team through construction of the Wynn Palace Casino in Macau, whilst addressing procurement risk prior to handover. This USD4.1 billion design and build contract was delivered by Leighton as the Wynn Palace fully integrated resort. Awarded at USD2.6 billion via a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) model the asset measures over 5.5 million sqft. The hotel comprises over 1,700 keys over 28 floors located alongside a 2ha robotic performance lake serviced by gondola. Im addition state-of-the-art MICE event space, casinos, spa and retail offerings are incorporated together with an extensive array of food and beverage outlets. This asset is located along the Cotai Strip of Macau.

Leading Teams in pursuit of new work and tenders for the Hong Kong and Macau business. This included successful Bid Management of MTR SCL1123 of Exhibition Station and Western Approach Tunnel for the Leighton-China State-Joint Venture (LCSJV). This HK$5.8 billion target cost contract was awarded in January 2015 and will integrate the Shatin Central Link with the future North Island Line. As the largest of the 12 major civil works contracts for the Shatin to Central Link project the works include the construction of an underground station (Exhibition Station) and 300 meters of cut and cover tunnel along Convention Avenue (Western Approach Tunnel).
