I am a Civil Engineering Environmental Technologist, a registered professional engineer and a chartered water and environmental manager. With over 30 years of experience in the engineering and development industry and deep skills in property asset delivery, operations and a flair for entrepreneurialism. I am the Founder and CEO of byoGuard www.byoGuard.com, an environmental air quality company that couples proptech, cleantech, and IoT to create the byoGuard Environmental System Technology (bEST). We mobilise, measure and actively mitigate biological airscape risks making environments safe from and invisible air quality threats by protecting the property, personal and optimising the property power use. We couple with a properties existing system and do not require any changes in existing Air Handling technology or the mechanical and electrical operations of properties. I am passionate about mastering and developing integrated systems that benefit users. Historically I have a proven track record of winning and delivering multi-disciplinary projects of assets valued at USD$4 billion. Covering mixed-use development, civil infrastructure and asset types ranging from waste management, transportation, entertainment venues and technology infrastructure.
