About Nigel Farren

I help startups and small businesses become fundable and grow. Over the last 40 years, I've enabled over £1 billion in successful fundraises for all types and sizes of organisation. During this time, I've seen many struggle with applying for funding. Despite their strong potential, they have unrealised weaknesses related to operations, sales, marketing and/or finance. To help address these gaps, I provide free, consulting services and assessments to maximise fundraising success. I also introduce those ready for funding to grant providers, VCs, angel investors and/or lenders relevant to their needs.Former responsibilities include Head of UK Corporate Banking for a world top 10 Bank. Founder of a fintech startup which I built into market leader in Europe. Managing Director, Europe for a world-leading financial data provider and CEO of a social enterprise in the renewable energy sector. I have also been a Trustee for charities and an Adviser to the UK Government on community energy.
