Support all trials and new purchases through training and project work. Contribute ideas and provide feedback.Troubleshoot issues raised by clients, and if required, escalating these issues to content team/product developers, and making sure those issues are resolved in a timely fashion.Main point of contact for clients using FactSet’s Exchange DataFeed product within the Asia-Pacific CTS teamWork closely with other CTS Specialists globally to help building a global team network.
