Throughout my career I have acted for a broad range of clients including national house builders, social housing providers, landowners, promoters, developers and public bodies..I have advised on planning applications and appeals, judicial reviews and statutory challenges, compulsory purchase orders, development agreements, s106/278 agreements, highways issues, assets of community value and CIL.
