I created its website cityraillink.co.nz, and run it and the associated digital and social media channels.As a senior role in the CRL communications programme, it includes working with stakeholders, organisations and the public to provide information to them about the project and meet with them to work through any construction-related issues that affect them. This work includes developing communication strategies to manage emerging issues. When required I represent the project to internal and external audiences. Having created the project's official website and set up social media channels, I am responsible for updating the digital products to ensure successful engagement with our audiences and to grow the audience. Helped drive strategy and delivery for development of nzherald web site and assisting with commercial revenue opportunities.

Developed and drove an online web 2.0 strategy for nzherald including the introduction of blogs and interactivity for readers. This included creating the highly successful "your Views" platform for nzherald which saw the highest web traffic (PIs) for the site in 2007 and broke all records for traffic on the site.APN is now called NZME.

Drove the hands on success of the award winning NetGuide magazine including winning numerous editor of the year and magazine of the year awards at the annual NZ Magazine Publisher awards and helped drive it to be one of the country's fastest growing magazines. The publication was eventually sold to ACP.

Was the 10th person on board the start up Telecom Xtra ISP project to develop its web site pioneering as the country's first internet portal content editor. Telecom launched the Internet service provider in 1996 and it became New Zealand's most popular Web portal .

The project was the roll out of Auckland's Newstalk ZB across NZ and the complex networking of the programme with selected local breakouts .

Was appointed to develop the key radio news component of the then new format (newstalk) for Auckland's leading radio station and the strategy to create the perception of the station being the leading breaking news station. It became the number one station survey after survey.
