I am operating General Manager of our Belfast team and oversee all activity in Belfast from marketing and business development through to project delivery.We have a team of data experts based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and are looking to grow our customer base in Northern Ireland. I currently chair our board and also manage and oversee the development of our global brand and business services in the following: - Application Development- Data Warehousing- Business Intelligence- Change Management- Systems Integration- Project ManagementWe've worked with companies like BP, WHSmith Castrol, Microsoft, Barclays, Access Group and PWC.In this role I have a proactive hands-on interaction with our blue chip customers, which include:- Account management of three global service desks for data warehouses that we designed, developed and delivered to BP Lubricants. These data warehouses support operations in their supply chain and marketing departments. Both of these systems have a user base of 200+ users in over 40 countries. The data warehouses have a have data management eco systems which collect the data, collate and aggregate it, perform calculations and modelling/segmentation and data visualisation through BI platforms using dashboards and reports.- Requirements and business analysis, scoping and planning new projects and solution architecture- Data analytics and data modelling to drive business optimisation and improvement or business development opportunities.- End-to-end solution design - Business strategy and governance- Project and programme management to ensure project deliveryI am a focused leader with a proven track record of delivery. I ensure that the solutions promised to the customer are delivered in a timely fashion.

As the Business Development Manager at Leopard Business Solutions Ltd (Leopard), I managed several aspects of the business and had a proactive interaction with our customers. In this role I managed several professionals on a number of global projects in different areas of business ranging from analysis consultancy to software development. I also had some technical duties which included development/testing in Microsoft SQL and VBA in the Microsoft Office suite. Part of this was my involvement on a sussecful project delivery with our long-standing customer, BP, for whom we developed and rolled out a global data-warehouse which serves 18 countries with over 400 users.

I managed part of the re-branding and change over in Leopard IT Ltd. Leopard IT Ltd was completely re-branded as Leopard Business Solutions Ltd.This included all branded documentation, websites and marketing material as well as increasing our solution offerings to include non-technical solutions, such as project management and process optimization.
