Guthy-Renker Europe became Proactiv Skin Health UK Ltd after a JV with Nestle Skin Health, whereby Nestle attained a 75% stake in the Proactiv brand from G-R, and with it all the International companies outside the USA. My role was one in the same with both companies.There were a number of brands and products associated with this role, mostly in cosmetics, skin care, wellness and fitness equipment.
