Production planning of M class yachts. Lead a team to develop a new production planning system throughout the Princess M Class range. Aligning trades and skills with materials and work instructions to streamline build and improve efficiency and reducing build hours.

To ensure build quality, compliance and schedule adherance on a range of Princess yachts. First position as chargehand was running the loom and sub assembly shop at Newport Street. Following this supervision of build of a range of boats including Princess P38, P40, P50, P52, V65, V70.

From apprentice engineer to fit out engineer, building a range of Princess Yachts including Princess 45,440, 480, 55 and 65.
